GENERAL LIFE COACHING FOR A BETTER LIFE

SPECIALIZED AREAS:

• HEALTH COACHING
• PROFESSIONALS IN TRANSITION COACHING

I have spent many years coaching patients and for the past several years I have been coaching all those who wish to move forward in their lives. In my own life there have been illnesses and major transitions to conquer. I now know how much help a life coach would have been at those times. It is all about abundant living and finding it. I am here to help you find yours.

Years of experience treating pain and suffering and the related stress and depression have taught me that life coaching is an essential part of helping patients. This is the very same process life coaching provides for everyone. Clarifying goals and facilitating positive behaviors, outlook and actions leads to initiating new strategies for a fuller and better life.

The search for balance, harmony, fulfillment and contentment is great in our chaotic times. I have conducted public seminars over the past several years on techniques for achieving life fulfillment.

I provide individual and group coaching for all clients. My special areas of interest are professionals in transition and health challenges.
